I am a bookstore manager. How do I place an order?

Placing an order

It's quick and easy - here's the information we need from you for each course using TalkAbroad:

What is the name and contact information for the bookstore purchaser?
How will you deliver TalkAbroad codes to students?
- We will deliver codes directly to students, so we need a list of codes from TalkAbroad.
- TalkAbroad codes will be delivered to students via a digital resource provider like VitalSource, Redshelf, or Kortext, or Slingshot, so we need to know how to find TalkAbroad in our digital recourse provider's catalogue.
How many codes do you want to purchase?
Should each code include language learning conversation credits?
- What language?
- Number of language learning conversations per code?
- What length(s) of conversation(s) -15 or 30 minutes or a combination of both?
Should each code include Conversation Tables access?
Should each code include and Global Experiences conversations? How many per code?

Common approaches

If you plan to deliver our codes directly to students using a list of codes from us, we can send an invoice and a list of Pre-purchase Codes directly to you.

Start this process by sending the information listed above to sales@talkabroad.com.
We will issue you an invoice and a list of pre-purchase codes that you can resell. All codes will be delivered in an Excel spreadsheet by email.
When you deliver a code to a student, please also give them the link to the student instruction manual to help them get started.

If our codes will be delivered to your students via a digital resource provider like VitalSource, Redshelf, Kortext, Slingshot, or another digital resource catalogue, we can also do that!

We will send the product reference numbers (ISBN, VBID, SKU, etc) you need to find our product in your digital resource provider's catalogue.

Payment

Payment of invoices is net 30.
