Pre-purchase Code Refund Policy

Note: This policy only applies to requests for refunds for unused pre-purchase codes from professors, programs, or bookstores. For student return requests, see here.

1. TalkAbroad allows refunds of unused pre-purchase codes for 6 months from the date of delivery.
2. TalkAbroad allows exchanges of unused pre-purchase codes for 12 months from the date of delivery. To process exchanges we apply the value of the returned Pre-purchase Codes to a new purchase.

TalkAbroad can also extend the expiration date of Pre-purchase Codes for up to 12 months. Extension requests must be made within 12 months from the date of delivery.
