When you can apply for a credit refund? âś…
To qualify for a credit refund, make sure you follow these steps:
- Follow pre-conversation instructions
- Check the emails we sent & our Student Instruction Manual before your scheduled conversation.
- Cancellation notice
- If you cannot attend your conversation, here you can find information related to. How do I cancel/reschedule my conversation?
- First-time TalkAbroad users
- Complete a quick test call successfully before your first conversation (see the student manual).
- Technical issues
- Follow our related article about troubleshooting steps.
How to Request a Refund
- For completed conversations (within 3 days)
- Listen to your conversation’s audio recording.
- Fill out the feedback form and explain why a refund is needed.
- Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
- Credit limits
- Only one credit refund per semester is allowed; exceptions may apply.
- Unused credits
- Request a refund up to 30 days after your course ends by emailing support@talkabroad.com.
- It may take up to 5 business days to review.
Refund processing
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Processing time varies by bank (usually 7–10 days).
- You’ll get an email once your refund is approved.
