Completing a Quick Test Call 🔧

Most in-browser video call issues can be resolved by following these steps. To complete the test call, make sure you’re logged into your account. There, you can test your microphone, audio, and video. By opening the settings for each icon, you can play sounds, record your voice, and make sure you can hear yourself clearly.

  • Reload Your Browser: This can resolve many issues.
  • Use Incognito or Private Mode: This disables extensions like ad blockers that may interfere with your camera or microphone.
  • Quit and Reopen Your Browser: This can refresh your browser's settings
  • Try a Different Browser or Device: We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
  • If you’re having issues, try opening the site in Safari or Firefox, or use a different device.
  • Reboot Your Computer: This can clear temporary cache and reset network settings.

✅ If everything goes according to plan:

You should be able to see yourself, test your microphone and audio settings, and that’s all you need to do!
