Rescheduling after technical problems
What do you need to do to reschedule for free? First we need to make sure your computer/network are working correctly! Follow the instructions below to complete a test call and then contact us using the chat/email feature located at the bottom of the screen once the test has been successful.
Instructions to complete the test call:
- Navigate to your customized testing page
- Share the URL for your page with a friend. (You also can do this by your own using two different devices)
- Confirm that you can see/hear each other.
- If you experience problems, reset your computer and try again.
- If you continue to have problems contact our support team using the chat at the bottom of your test
