Rescheduling after technical problems

If your conversation was marked as a technical reschedule that means you experienced technical difficulties with your computer/network while completing your conversation. This status will keep the conversation credit retained so that you can reschedule your conversation for free.

What do you need to do to reschedule for free? You'll need to make sure your computer/network are working correctly, and then contact us to let us know!

Instructions to complete the test call (You can find your test call room by clicking "Help and Instructions" button located on the Student Homepage.):

  1. Navigate to your customized testing page
  2. Share the URL for your page with a friend. (You also can do this by your own using two different devices)
  3. Confirm that you can see/hear each other.
  4. If you experience problems, follow the Troubleshooting Steps located below the video.
  5. If you continue to have problems contact our support team using the chat at the bottom of your test
  6. Contact our support team using the chat/email feature located at the bottom of the test once it has been successful. We will re-activate your account and you will be able to reschedule right away!
