Can I give feedback about the partners?

Yes! We love hearing feedback on the conversation partners. The best time to provide feedback is while you are listening a conversation from a student. You will notice a link labeled "send feedback about partner". When you submit feedback it will go directly to our training team so that we can use it to help train the conversation partner.

Why do we like you to use that button? Because when you do the feedback you provide is tagged with the conversation the feedback is about. So our training team can listen to the recording and give our conversation partners specific examples of ways they need to improve. It really helps us to have that information!
