What do I do if I have technical problems during my conversation?

If you have any technical problems during your conversation, please chat with our support team!

You can contact them by clicking on the How can we help? button at the bottom of the page in your student account, or by emailing them at support@talkabroad.com.

We can solve almost all technical problems at the time of your conversation so you can finish your assignment. If we are unable to solve them, we will help you reschedule at no cost.

Our refund policy does require that you contact our support team. If you have trouble but do not contact us, you will receive a code for a 50% discount on an extra conversation credit.
