Classic and Gradebook View

There are two ways to view and manage your sections: the Classic view and the Gradebook view. Both provide access to the same section information, but they organize it differently.

Classic View

Classic View organizes your section information into separate areas, making it easier to manage individual parts of your section.

Use Classic View when you want to:

• Review and manage your section details
• View your students and their completed conversations
• Manage individual assignments
• Make changes to your section or assignments

To switch to Gradebook View, click "Try new gradebook view".

Gradebook View

Gradebook View provides a more concise, gradebook-style overview of your section. Instead of displaying information in separate areas, it organizes students and assignments into columns.

Each conversation is color-coded by status, making it easy to see student progress and assignment statuses at a glance.

Click a student's name to open their individual student view. From there, click "Back" to return to Gradebook View.

To return to Classic View, click "Switch to Classic view".

Which view should I use?

Both views provide the same section information and management options. Choose the view that works best for you:

• Classic View: Keeps section information organized into separate areas.
• Gradebook View: Brings students and assignments together in a gradebook-style layout for a more concise overview.
