What does "Recording processing..." mean?

It means your recording is still being prepared and is not available to watch yet. This is a normal step after your conversation ends.

Can I still give feedback?

Yes. You can complete all post-conversation feedback questions without any issue while your recording is still getting ready.

What should I do?

Nothing for now. Just wait a little while.

Once your recording is ready, you can:

• Go to Archived conversations
• Find your completed conversation
• Click "View Recording" to watch it
