I had technical problems - what do I do?

You can let us know about the problems on your feedback form. This form automatically appears in your TalkAbroad student account the next time you log in after completing a conversation. If the technical problems kept you from having a good conversation, we would love to have you redo the conversation at no cost.

In order to redo the conversation due to technical problems, we do require that you attended the conversation and communicated with our support team at the time of your technical problems. Most technical problems can be fixed easily if you let us know!
